Overview 

Welcome to the Seven Generations Health Center at Skyline High School!


Operated by Native American Health Center, the health center emphasizes prevention, integrated
care, and the removal of access barriers. It aims to improve adolescent health, well-being, and success
in school by increasing access to comprehensive, high-quality health care services. The Health Center
offers health education, primary care services, behavioral health services, and “sensitive services.”

Who can be seen at the Health Center?
Students with full-scope Medi-CAL or managed care Medi-CAL assigned to Alameda County, i.e., Alameda Alliance, can be seen at the Health Center for primary care and behavioral health services with parental consent. The Health Center does not accept commercial insurance or out-of-county Medi-CAL. The Health Center can assist students and families without insurance with enrolling in Medi-CAL. All students can be seen at the Health Center for “sensitive services,” regardless of insurance.

Please note: Students cannot visit the Health Center during class without a pass. Students can visit the Health Center to make an appointment before school, after school, during lunchtime or during class with a pass from their teacher.
